Everhart is the only fine artist educated directly by cartoonist Charles Schulz. Today, he continues to use the visual subject matter from Schulz’s distinctive visual language to create his art. The two met in 1980 and through their unique collaborative relationship, they shared, that as a cartoonist and a painter, Everhart has been the designing foundation for how he sees the living world.
