“I had envisioned an angel reading St. Paul’s famous text on love to the Corinthians. The angel is reading it for the first time and is deeply touched.” Part of the quote from the Corinthians is: If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not to love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains but do not have love, I am nothing. — Michael Parkes.
