“Vincent Van Gogh’s passion and absolute genius come through in every brush stroke he ever made. His art and his life have influenced me since I was a young boy, and even to this day, I stand in awe of his brilliance. With this sculpture, I wanted to capture some of Vincent’s sadness and loneliness, which runs alongside the power and beauty in his work.
