The Bisaillon Brothers

Brothers Jeffrey and Michael Bisaillon were born in upstate New York. Growing up in a family of artists, they were inspired by watching their grandfather's paint beautiful wildlife and landscape works; their uncle create illustrations, and their mutual love of art classes. Since they were very young, Jeffrey has always had a great affinity with abstraction and colors, and Michael drew inspiration from symbology and thematic elements in Pop Art.

Their collaboration started in 1996 when the brothers began to look into decorating the home they were living in, and a new concept emerged involving Jeffrey's keen eye towards modern art and design, and Michael's love of symbology and the digital art process. By marrying the two styles and techniques, the JBIS Pop Art Collection was born. It incorporated both artist's visions, different mediums, technologies, and procedures.
